Chinese Stir Fry

My new video recipe is on a chinese stir fry mixed with vegetables and chicken.A very yummy dish,easy to make if you have right ingredients with you.Hope you enjoy.

Tips:Always make sure that you don’t add more salt as soy sauce usually has salt in it.

Chinese dishes need to be cooked on medium to high heat for better result.

Ingredients to make sauce:chicken stock-200ml,chicken gravy-180 ml made of 4tbsp of gravy granules,light brown sugar-1tbsp,cornflour-1tbsp,salt to taste,Worcestershire sauce-1 tbsp,Soy sauce-2tbsp,gingelly oil-2tbsp for frying,
Boneless chicken-400gms cut into cubes,Brocoli-1medium,Onion sliced-1 medium,ginger-a small piece,garlic-3 flakes
Mushroom sliced-150gms
