Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast which is made of rice and urud dal batter.Dosa is filled with vegetables cooked in masalas.
Tips:Adding a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and white poha while making dosa batter gives a flavour and softness to dosa.

When you make Dosa if you apply gingelly oil on it,that gives crispiness to your masala dosa.
